Sandra Stefanic, VP, Dental, Insurance & Government IT

Sandra Stefanic, vice president of Dental, Insurance and Government Information Technology (DIGIT), directs all IT functions in support of United Concordia, HM Insurance Group and Highmark Medicare Services, including IT portfolio, relationship, vendor and project management, technology infrastructure, strategic planning, IT architecture, user-centered design, IT metrics, IT audit/compliance and DIACAP security. Prior to supporting our subsidiary companies, Sandy provided IT services to Clarity Vision and Highmark Health and was a Dale Carnegie training associate. She has more than 30 years of industry experience, received the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Women of Excellence Award in 2011, is the board chair for Dress for Success South Central PA and boasts a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.
