2011 Annual Report



We view United Concordia as driven, innovative and fluid—much like water. We know our strengths and harness them to provide the best for the individuals, employers, members, dentists, producers and communities we serve. We seek to fill spaces created by market changes, impacting the industry in new ways and being responsive to the challenges that come our way. And we adjust our course as needed to meet our members’ needs and reinforce value in our dental benefit programs to our producers and partners, as well as to improve the oral health not only of our members, but also within the communities where we live and work.
