We are empathetic and respectful of veterans' experiences, and hire many into key positions (as Dental Director, as the Government Affairs Director and as our Government Relations Liaisons, for example) and customer service reps. As a DoD contractor, we make the workplace culture seem like home to our vets. All new hires receive military-culture training, which includes: instruction of branch of service differences and needs; how to effectively communicate with military members and families; understanding family challenges related to employment, deployments and more. We also host vets as speakers so our staff has a consistent connection to our military customers.
