The three designations United Concordia received for 2024 are as follows:
- Military Friendly Employer®: Gold
- The Military Friendly® Employer is a mark given to those organizations who support the military and veteran communities and who make it a priority to track their company’s military/veteran hiring, retention, compliance and career advancement. The Gold distinction means that United Concordia scored within 10% of the top 10 employers in their category.
- Military Spouse Friendly Employer®
- The Military Spouse Friendly Employer® designation is given to those organizations who make it an initiative to track hiring and retention and help advance the careers of military spouses.
- Military Friendly Supplier®: Top 10
- The Military Friendly® Supplier designation is given to those organizations who support and invest in veteran-owned business suppliers. In this category, we received the distinction of being “Top 10”, which means United Concordia has set the standard for being veteran-supplier friendly.
