CAMP HILL, Pa. (Sept. 26, 2023) — Forbes named United Concordia Dental to its America’s Best-in-State Employers 2023 for the third year, ranking 39 out of 100 for Pennsylvania — surpassing last year’s designation in the 65th spot.
Presented by Forbes and statistics portal and industry ranker, Statista Inc., the fifth annual America's Best-in-State Employers were identified using 2.1 million employer recommendations from employees working at businesses with at least 500 workers. Employees were surveyed anonymously, and employers included in the list were segmented into 25 industry sectors.
The evaluation was made state-by-state based on three distinct criteria: in-state indirect recommendations, national in-industry indirect recommendations and direct recommendations. Respondents rated their current employers on a variety of criteria, including working conditions, diversity, salary, potential for development and company image.
